4/7/24: 'cappucino' was scalding hot and no milk. 'Chai frap' was missing chai. Ham cheese croissant cooked to rubber texture. Egg bites barely cooked. Either train or re-train these guys. Awful experience. So dissapointing for starbucks brand; on the upside, they were fairly quick at delivering a poor quality order.

This was the absolute WORST drink that I’ve gotten from a Starbucks. The Carmel frappe was nasty & tasted like plain milk w/ Carmel sauce and ice. 7 Brew me please !

The wait time was long & the person taking my order was very unprofessional. After I finally received my order and tasted it, it tasted nothing like how a Carmel Frappe should taste. Overall the experience was a 1/5 stars simply because the wait and overall taste was not up to par .

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Took 29 minutes to get my mobile order. They were serving customers that came in after we had been there. All I ordered was a pink drink, a couple cake pops and some bakery items. No employee was in any hurry to make anything. The store was a mess. Their counters they were working off of were disgusting.I had to have them fix my drink and they gave me a cake pop that all the icing was cracked off. I am a regular customer, in fact used my 400 points to purchase a cup. This Starbucks doesn’t even deserve a star!

Ordered a pike with splash of cream. Got a cup of cream with a splash of pike. Gross. Guess the dude making it is a fan of lots of cream. Next time il’ll just drive by and throw $4 out of the window.

In response to the review before mine... the employees were slow but no one was "seedy."Appropriately polite. Just not in a rush. I had ordered ahead on the app. Plain latte and a dark roast coffee. I usually order earlier than the estimate so it's ready to grab quickly (on a road trip.)It wasn't too busy. A few cars in the drive through and no one else inside. 3 staff members. They didn't start our order until we were scoping out the pickup area looking for the drinks. It took about ten minutes to prep the two drinks. The down side was the wait. The plus side was my drip was made fresh.

Waited inline behind 7 cars for almost an hour. Once you get n the parking lot you are trapped. No way out. My wrap bag was wet and the wrap itself was soggy like it had been heated in a puddle of water. Employees looked seedy as hell. Starbucks should shut this location down immediately ! Period!!!!'

Order two cups of milk tea today. Waited 30 minutes. Turns out it didn't taste right. I had them redo it and it still didn't taste right. I suspect they didn't redo it, just took it back and gave it to me again a few minutes later. They look busy, but that’s no reason to be careless! Very sloppy, staff attitude is very bad.
