order was wrong, the frozen drink machine was down along with the soft serve ice cream machine. And to top it off, this is the second time in a row where they have not had and ketchup for your fries… How does that happen? it a burger joint right? how does it operate without ketchup?? The staff was super nice and helpful just don’t get your hopes up on getting what you ordered…
The crew was nice and patient. Food came fresh and in little time. The store was clean and quiet. When I asked an employee if they were closed for dining in he informed me no they close the dinning area at 10 pm. No attitude no mutters. Everyone spoke and smiled.
On my way to ATL and ima tell you the food is fresher and better here than any Burger King in ATL I’ve had! My family was full and satisfied. I didn’t catch his name but light skinned dude with the locs got us together fast and efficiently good customer service making sure our order was fresh and hot. My momma was satisfied and she’s a hard person to please lol!
