Buffet cost is to high for a senior citizen. Bacon deep fried, grits runny but taste ok. French toast cold. Servers un caring. Dud order over easy eggs, eggs were just like I like. Hit and miss, very few eaters
Buffet was good enough, plenty to eat. Could have used some dessert selections. Great server, very pleasant. Place was really run down, parking lot almost so bad you can't drive in it.
It's been years since I've eaten at a Shoney's restaurant. I was a little disappointed with today's visit. Everyone that I talked to was very nice. The server was polite but untrained. The food was lacking. It was OK but even by buffet standards the food was a little unappealing and largely tasteless. I got the impression that Shoney's is merely coasting along.
