Despite having way too many people working, every order takes insanely long. A simple order tales 15 minutes when they have all the stuff ready, and that's when it's not during a rush.
Went through the drive-thru, and a young lady came on the intercom and immediately said "We only have chicken". I said "OK, cool...can I get the sandwich combo?". Her reply, "We only have chicken". I then asked, "Well, what is the sandwich made of??", since your only comment/reply is "We only have chicken". Just rude, childish, and unprofessional, for no reason. Very poor service, but it was 7:30pm. Chicken was not up to Popeyes standard we only ate about 30% of what we purchased. This Popeyes is not up to Popeyes standards. Someone needs to go in and improve Food Quality, Service Standards, and make them clean a very greasy lackluster Popeyes.
