Great 'side of the road' place to 'chew the fat' with the locals. I am not too sure what has taken me so long to stop in and try it out. The special today was the Hamburger Steak with mashed potatoes and green beans.

It is a far from perfect facility and that is what gives it its flavor to be unlike any other place.

I will be returning.

One of my favorite places to eat breakfast or lunch. A different plate lunch every day, and plenty of items offered on the menu. Down home country atmosphere and terrific service.

Favorite place in Collins to grab Lunch. I'd love to try the 5 AM breakfast but, that's early.
