This was our first visit and probably our last. The staff was very friendly and apologetic about a longer wait due to a large order. Unfortunately the food was not great. The catfish, fried oysters and hush puppies were overcooked. It was disappointing. Update to review - The owner reached out and offered to redo our order. Wonderful service! The food was great this time! Thank you so much!

The food is amazing! The menu is full of choices! The prices are perfect! The sides are inexpensive and perfect snack food on the go. The poboys remind me of back home Texas cooking.

We were camping at Twiltley and wanted some Mississippi catfish while in the state. This tiny spot was a whole experience. You order at the window and we were told it wouldn’t be less than 15 minutes. We just sat in the car (it was freezing), but they do have a small covered patio to the right and 2 tables to the left. The catfish was perfectly cooked and seasoned, as were the hush puppies. I took a star off because we weren’t fans of the tartar sauce, but the red sauce was good. Additionally, there was only like a tablespoon of sauce in each container. With better tartar and full condiment cups, we’d give it 5 stars!!
