El Patron of Collinsville | Mexican is a cute little place with a wonderful indoors space and a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly and couldn’t be kinder. The best customer service makes customers feel welcome, and the owner is so friendly. The food is amazing. The Loaded fries were the best. The happy plate has good rice and cheese dip, but the meat didn't taste fresh like it had been cooked ahead of time and had sat out. Tacos have absolutely delicious tortillas that are homemade, and the guacamole was amazing. This has easily been the best taco place. The restaurant has a playground to distract the kids. The effort and hard work it takes to maintain the business really shows. It will be an incredible experience.
