I love using Domino's app. Times are difficult these days, and I have to try to save money. So the app gets five stars. When it comes to service, atmosphere, and food quality, my ratings will vary depending on which crew is there. I have noticed that whenever Edmond is working, that shift produces a quality product. A few times, Edmund has told me that the pizza is having to be remade because it did not pass the quality check. I am not mad about that at all. In fact, that in itself is impressive . It tells me that crew takes pride in the quality of the food. And usually the freshly made replacement pizza comes out quickly. Let's talk about customer service. Sometimes a gentleman named Edmund is at the drive up window. That guy knows how to greet and take care of customers. It is very rare to see that these days. I don't know anything about the guy except that his name is Edmund and he has great people skills. And whichever crew works the same night as Edmund, they are killing it. They produce a great product. So, on the nights that Edmund and that crew are there, my ratings change to 5 stars on food, service and atmosphere. Nothing wrong with the other crew, they do a good job as well.

Tried dominos after two years hoping it would have changed, was surprised when they did pick up the phone. Guy is really nice and worked with him in the past, but order was two hours later. Tried to call back 5 times to cancel, we ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after an hour and a half knowing food would be cold from dominos. No one ever picked up. Which is how is usually is. Delivery driver was a very nice guy. Food wasnāt totally cold but was old. It was almost a 40 dollar order with a five dollar tip. We just wanted to cancel, but couldnāt. Last time ordering with the Columbia store. Before this, either no one would ever answer the phone, or theyād say they could deliver and take your order and the food simply never came, or they said they couldnāt deliver so you had to pick up- no problem, but when you came to pick it up, no one would come to the drive through window. So multiple people had to back up behind each other, park, and everyone go inside, and then wait an additional half hour.
Handicap unfriendly! Told them I couldn't see and needed help. Described the hot dip option and asked was that what I was ordering. Got there and it was not. Was told I hadn't ordered it after being told they didn't have such a thing on the menu. I felt embarrassed and made fun of and treated like a liar. I will never go back here

Iāve heard bad stories about this Dominos, but after about 40 times ordering here, I seriously have not had an issue.
The food is great and itās available at quite the bargain when you order in the app with discounts.
They just fixed there phone to start working again too. Honestly, just expect a daily on a weekend night but all other hours should be zippy. Iād recommend on a budget every time.
