I love our hometown Puzza Hut in Columbia, Ms! The pizzas are always amazing and the staff is so courteous!Parking: Plenty of spots close to the store.Wheelchair accessibility: My husband is disabled so I am always aware of accessibility. Our Pizza Hut has nice parking for handicapped people.
We were out driving and decided Pizza Hut pizza would be great.... And didn't want to try the app on the road. So we called and Heidi looked up our previous order and we added the other items we wanted ... She provided suggestions for the best value..... And we placed the order and it was cooked based on our arrival time. We have often enjoyed this Pizza Hut's food and service. Ordered a pizza and wings 3/24/2024 that I have still not received, was told my account would be reimbursed within 2 to 5 business days. It's been 6 so far.Customer service is non existent, local store management is rude and non responsive to customer needs. I have been transferred and HUNG UP ON by supposedly "customer service representatives ". Will not stop until I have been satisfied. 20.89 is about to get expensive. ????
