Ordered a regular cheeseburger, not only did it take almost 20 minutes to get to the pickup window, but I waited an additional 10 minutes before being acknowledged only to be told to pull around the building to the front door. Front door wasn’t an option bcuz both lanes to order were backed up past the door.
The new Grimise shake also wasn’t available “today”.
