I used the mobile app. Mcdouble( which was sloppy) large fry (no salt and cold and about half full) and a 6 piece nugget( that I had to go in and get after I realized they didn't put them in the bag) and hot mustard dipping sauce that was replaced by spicy buffalo sauce because they were out of hot mustard which I wouldn't have known if I hadn't had to go in after the nuggets. The car hop had a blah attitude and the people inside were kind of rude like it in inconvieneced them for me to have to come in after the nuggets they didn't put in my bag. Oh, did I mention the nuggets were dry and also cold?? Worst McDonald's I believe I've ever visited.

Nothing stood out either way. We went through drive thru. Received what we ordered except the plain hamburger we ordered came dressed.

Breakfast sandwiches were dry and hard and rock. They definitely had been in the heat drawer too long. Hashbrowns were greasy and soft. They should put the hash browns in the heat drawer too crisp up.

Made a order at the kiosk it said cashless payments not available to pay at the counter so I went to the counter to pay and stood there for 15mins nobody ever even looked my way never got to pay so I left definitely one of the slowest “fast food” restaurants in Columbia

I put an order in on my app to be picked up at curbside pick-up. I waited for 15 minutes for them to bring my food out. Not only did they not bring mh food out to me, I had to go inside, and tell them what I had ordered. Then they have me attitude, because they couldn’t do their job. Poor Customer Service! Extremely, SLOW! The slowest I have ever been to actually!

Ordered curbside. Took about 20 minutes. Got none of the condiments I ordered. Got no straws for the drinks. Happy meal drinks didn’t come either.
