If I could give no stars I would. Got my sandwiches wrong then told me to come get the right sandwiches without telling my husband he had to bring the wrong sandwiches up there to get the right ones, then told me that they could do it this time. But my husband had to make 3 trips to get it fixed!

45 minutes for 3 six inch sandwiches is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional, extremely bad management and workmanship of the employees, absolutely horrible!! This is LAZY owners!! This is nothing new. I’ve gotten enough over the last 2 years and now I’m letting everyone out there that visits or potentially visits the subway in Columbia MS. that they are very bad!!

Clean!!! They actually have a tray lid for condiments, and meats. I don’t agree with staff chewing gum but everything else was spot on.

Got there at 10 10 pm. Girl there wouldn't fix the meatballs subway saying she still has to clean and do this and that. Family of 6 left without getting anything. She wanted to leave early. Will never come back to this location. She was unprofessional.

I wanted a salad, and I stopped to see what they had to offer as for a salad. The ladies working that day they were perfect at their jobs, and they helped me with the choice for my salad. I love great customer service, and they made my stop worth it, and I will be stopping again. Great job with customer service ?

The absolute worse subway sandwich I’ve ever had. Garbage can is where it went. Little girl at the window had a very bad attitude and practically slung the bags at me. This store is very getto and the service shows it. Do not ever get food here ever.

The last time I was here it took me 30 minutes to get my order and I was the only one at the drive through. I decided to give them one more chance. Bad idea. Got my sandwich in a decent amount of time. The problem this time was that instead of a Philly on flatbread I had a turkey sub on white bread. Since I live 20 minutes away I just ate the sandwich. But it will be the last time I go there
