I love love LOVE their burgers. So seasoned, so good!
Chef Huggie B has a great diner tucked down on Church Street. It's got a great industrial theme going on and lots of space both inside and out to host great events. It wasn't to long ago Uptown Soulfood Diner hosted one for some friends of mine after hours. The food, music, and airy space to dance a little was really fun.
As for chef's craft, we're really lucky to have him in town! Not only as a neighborhood across the way, but a premier culinary artist here in Columbia......read full review
I visit uptown a couple times a month food is always good and good service. Today I have country fried steak,green beans(they had a lil kick to them but not too much) and OMG this off the chain lobster mac&cheese,toast and chocolate cake. 10/10 at my visit today on 11/17/24

Prices are reasonable, with a meal for two costing around $70, which is worth every penny.
