If management doesn't have cameras with sound they need to get them!! The atmosphere was not worth of a star. True let down for Waffle House. Vulgar language coming from these young girls and the physical harassment and bullying toward other employees. This was my first and only time I will eat at this establishment. Omelette was burnt, grits dry and toast cold, but hey the young man that served me kept my coffee coming and it was hott and fresh, so that young man got an A for performance.

I went here with my 2 kids for their birthday and there was literally a dead roach in our seat, the workers had snotty noses and had just let the snot ran in the food. The drink fountain had weird things floating in it that looked like maggots.

Order the steak T bone med hint of pink. Steak was cooked well done couldn’t even eat it also bought breakfast platter and the sausage was not on my plate. Spent 35$ and couldn’t eat it. Also it was a take out order didn’t even know til I was home 20 minutes away.

I ordered online that’s said 30min . Waited 45 went up there . The lady says I haven’t called it back yet 🙄 give her 20 min ok give her 22 min walk in she say it will be ready in 15 min I just called it back😳 at this point give me my money back !! I’m looking at people who walked in after me eating 🧐 so basically u can order & pay online but until u get there don’t expect to have your food ready so might as well order there and wait a hr and half on your food. Very disappointed first and last time trying to eat at the new Waffle House in Columbia

Worst place to eat in Columbia Ms . We waited over a hour for our food . After receiving our order, it was cold . My daughter’s waffle wasn’t cooked all the way . Waitress never asked to refill our drinks . The lady cooking was very rude . Other people were sitting waiting and the cook and waitress walked out to smoke and were on their phones outside.

7-8-25 If you like eating raw eggs, undercooked hashbrowns and pre-cooked cold waffles try this place. The only thing they got right was the coffee and the breakfast sausage. Obviously already mismanaged if they’re allowing these new employees to take shortcuts. Our waiter was great and it was the only thing that kept me from complaining.
