I went in here and bought a $20 gift card for a friend last week and I accidentally washed my wallet and lost the receipt and I went by there to use the card and of course it showed up in invalid. . They can’t even do a gift card so don’t buy any because the the thing will not work and I’m just disgusted $20 thrown awayand the manager was talk to she could’ve cared less and all I would need here if I was you . anyway, the company’s contacted me and I went back by there and they said they were having trouble with the machine that does that and the girl remembered me buying it a week and a half ago so hopefully all be well other than that, I’ve never had any trouble here at the Arby’s been eating there a long time.

Still loving Arby’s. I witnessed a customer ahead of me being overly rude and was questioning everything and went so far as to disassemble the sandwich he ordered while at the counter. The staff that was waiting on him was extremely polite and handled the situation very professionally.

Came through last night. Ordered what should've been 25-30 in food. Cashier took upon herself to upside 3 meals to large and the one meal that was supposed to be large to medium. Didn't get my 2 for $7 beef n cheddars. Was missing a fry, no sauce as requested and my Reuben add extra meat had almost no meat at all and extra craut. Have tried to call 3x over spam of 24hours and nobody answers the phone. Terrible!

Rude and abusive employees that lied saying cheese sticks were no longer on the menu even though they are featured in the drive through. Also, the roast beef on sandwich was coarse cut. I will be following up with corporate. Employees need retraining and I would suggest new management as well. I own multiple restaurants in CO….this is the wrong way to do business!
