Had the smokehouse brisket sandwich, I wish the sandwiches actually looked like what is on their sign. It was good but needed more brisket. Fries were good and the Arby's sauce was great too!
Food was fresh and delicious as always. However they made my wife's beef and cheddar without the cheddar or Arby's sauce. We were on the road and called and they said they would replace the sandwich and took our name down for the next visit. Would be a 5 if they didn't mess up the order, would be a 3 if they didn't replace the food.

Still loving Arby’s. I witnessed a customer ahead of me being overly rude and was questioning everything and went so far as to disassemble the sandwich he ordered while at the counter. The staff that was waiting on him was extremely polite and handled the situation very professionally.
