Been sitting now for almost a 1/2 hour for one burger you and I know damn well it don’t take that long this is ridiculous they aren’t even busy and can’t seem to get it together hope the food is worth the wait… update ended up getting my money back because the women running the store portion were like you been here too long then the dude from the back want to come out as I’m getting my refund talking bout he had a long line… like bro I’ve been sitting here over 30 min you ain’t been busy just lazy what a shame cuz my hubby was excited to see that they were open 0 stars

Nice folks, HUGE and clean with a good product selection on the shelves. Burgers are quite good. Hot, fresh, tender biscuit and gravy.The bacon, egg, and cheese was...meh. Biscuit was dry and crumbly with little flavor, below even fast food standards.

Food is not that good...I went in on 11/10/23 to get lottery tickets at 2;25 pm, was told the girl that does them wouldn't be in til 4:00, there was 4 other workers in store..cigarette prices are higher than other stores..but the lottery is what really got me...there should be someone all day to do it..also...BBQ sandwiches are awful..

My husband put me on to this place because I'm fairly new to the area. Well I've been in Columbus a year. Let me tell you the best burger and fries I have had in a long time. I pass by McDonald's before I get to this place........Don't even stop there, keep going to bullets. I just paid $11 for a dbl bacon cheeseburger meal and it was worth every penny!!!!!! Very good and fresh and good quality. They have my business from now on.

There are a couple good employees here, but most are slow and act like they don't want to be at work, and that you are imposing on them, if you want to check out. And if you want to get thru relatively quickly,DO NOT get in the line at lottery ticket register. Pull up a chair. Again, this does not apply to all employees. Some are very good at their job. Wish I had paid attention to their name tags now.

Stopped in to the gas station part for cigarettes and a Dr pepper. My total was 6 something so I give them 2 five dollar bills. They hand me a dollar in qtrs, a dime and a nickel for change. I'd say the manager has a thief on their hands. 7:41 am review.

Slowest drive through I've ever encountered. Hearing people cough and hack while cooking your food wasn't particularly pleasant either. Also how do you mess up a breakfast biscuit? Bacon for some odd reason was way over cooked. Terrible fast food joint. Go at your own peril.
