“We came through the drive-thru and I was happy. Why? The cashier did an excellent job taking our order and the food was ready when we pulled up. You can hear the excitement in her voice when she took the order. I give it a A+ customer service. The food was hot n ready!! Yesssss!!! Thank you!! Now that’s what I call service.“

“Pulled up to drive thru this morning on Alabama Street and was greeted by a young man named Byron Brooks! For the first time in a very long time I could understand the person who took my order. This young man was friendly, courteous, worked with speed, excellent example of a great employee...he is worthy of praise. I told him to never change! Very refreshing, excellent food and service with a smile...he deserves praise from Hardee’s top people. If for some reason you have not been to this location...try it. “The food was good the past few times I came here, no one was really rude tables are kinda dirty and sticky but understandable. The pricing is just wild to me compared to other restaurants, like around 80 dollars for 1 appetizer and 2 meals, not a place for if you wanna save money but you wouldn't necessarily call this fine dining either“
