I tried to call to place an order and was put on hold for the entire trip to this location. ( 15 minutes). When I arrived at the location, I went to the bar and was ignored again by the person on duty. She took the two young ladies sitting next me to orders and when I told her I wanted a to go order, she directed me to yet another person. This person never greeted me just asked what did I want?!? I know that the food and service can be really good here, but it is not consistent. I have tried to do curbside a couple times, only for no one to answer the phone at all, and I've experienced long wait times. However, there has been a girl with red braids the past few times I have ordered, and she delivers outstanding customer service. I wish I had gotten her name to shout her out.
