Have been to this baskin robbins location before. However, on the night of April 1 2023 my life was changed. The energy and the enthusiasm the workers had 9:00 at night was outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better scoop of rocky road ice cream. The workers not only did an amazing job but provided quality entertainment...something that is rare these days. Thank you Baskin Robbins of the great friendly city that we know and love, Columbus. You are extraordinary!
My husband and I came in here on a hot day while visiting the area. There were about 6 employees mostly standing around while the manager (Jay - she said ? Not sure I believed her ) was making things for drive thru. There was one other one helping but mostly as we sat there and watched for a good 15 minutes, I noticed it seemed the like employees were afraid to do anything ? Good for what they have. Business seemed clean and staff was nice. Have only been to this place 3 times, but the ice cream is good. The drive through menu is hard to read from my car (and I have 20/20 vision) so I have to go inside to order what I want.
