Would love to give this wonderful coffee shop 5 stars but they are always, and I mean always out of some sort of pastry. Whether it's the bagels or the sweet potato muffins or the sausage muffins, 50% of the time one or more are missing. The coffee though... fantastic.
I went through the drive thru and was greeted with excelling customer service. I visited this shop over two years ago and I couldn't remember the frappe that I ordered. The barista was very helpful and suggested a similar drink. The drink was delicious. The service was fast. I usually don't leave reviews but I think it's time to recognize the people who make your experience pleasurable. Thank you again. I will be visiting again.

The attendant at the walk-in counter (I believe his name is Phil) was prompt in his greeting, thourough in his explanation of the coffee options, and just ovarall very accommodating. The coffee shop was fairly empty but inviting, comfy, and the loft was a nice touch. I will most definitely be back to visit as the tea i ended up choosing (Earl Grey w/ Lavender) was very good and, more importantly, hot.
