“The attendant at the walk-in counter (I believe his name is Phil) was prompt in his greeting, thourough in his explanation of the coffee options, and just ovarall very accommodating. The coffee shop was fairly empty but inviting, comfy, and the loft was a nice touch. I will most definitely be back to visit as the tea i ended up choosing (Earl Grey w/ Lavender) was very good and, more importantly, hot.“

Almost every time the guys in the back are always talking amongst each other and not doing what they are suppose to or making the food correctly! And everyone complains about the fries! They are NEVER fresh and hot! The employees are nice though!“
“We visit the area often for our son's Air Force events from out of state. Tried this place last time we were in town and loved it! The staff is friendly, the breakfast wraps are delicious, and the coffee was outstanding. Highly recommend Up Down to everyone reading this!“
