“Me and my Brother was going to Buffalo W Wings and never got seated so I chose to go to Mug Shots and it was awesome. We meet our waitress Lana Robertson was the best at her job. It wasn't crowded at that time of night but she was friendly, kind, and courteous. She was great and because of her I'll be going back to Mug Shots . Thanks Lana for being an outstanding server hope to see you soon.“

“I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!“

“Be pretty decent , and they handle the rushes pretty well.. can improve on making sure the order go out right ( I do understand, that when you in the middle of that rush, you trusting yo coworkers do there job right. Jus a lil extra peak in it and repeating the order to the customer before you hand it to them) other than that .. love the Cajun cheese fries“

“A little slow for food today. 30+ minutes from order to table. I think they were impacted by a relatively large to go order but they still need to take care of those actually in the restaurant for their 1 hr lunches. Nice personalities , good, price, good food, and normally quick. Just not so much speed today.“

“I do recommend this particular location but don't go on Saturday because your meat will be dry and don't order the kids meal because we've gotten the exact same piece of cardboard they call a playset for 4 weeks in a row.“

“Service was fast. Food was tasty, but a bit more expensive than anticipated.
We should have looked over the menu more and ordered from "the value items."
Restaurant was not very busy, but several tables were not wiped down.
Parking: Plenty of parking for the size of the business.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair accessible areas to the building, but I saw NO AUTOMATIC doors.“

“HURRY UP AND OPEN ALREADY !!“
