My first extremely rude experience happened today. The lady who answered the phone had a hateful tone, very impatient. When I asked her a question, I was told "I'm just going to put you on hold until you make up your mind". I hung up and had someone else place the order since the lady and I was having some difficulties in communication, she hung up on him while he was asking a question.
