Pizza Hut in Columbus

“This pizza hut never lets me down! I average a couple visits a week because I work close by. Always get what I order and its hot, usually dont have to wait but if I do, its because they are busy and I dont have to wait long. The staff is wonderful! They are always friendly. Calvin and Michelle are the best!“

“Not only were the five pizzas I ordered hot, delicious, and ready within 15 minutes, the store was clean, and the staff was friendly. The customer before me knew the employee and was experiencing a personal issue. When the customer left, the employee said he would be praying for him. Whether they knew each other or not, that was an excellent show of the employee's values and made me smile. The employee then greeted me cheerfully with a smile on his face as if he were happy to see me. This was my first time picking up an order from this store; therefore, he had no idea who I was. His outward expression shows insight into his character and is a display of modeling appropriate behaviors for staff and customers. I will definitely return to this store for all future purchases.“
