Placed an online order and waited 40 minutes to find out it was never made. Manager wouldn’t come and talk to us at all. They finally refunded it and sent a car hop out to talk. Awful customer service!
I honestly never come on Facebook to complain. I’m not the sort of person to get angry and leave bad reviews just because something didn’t go my way. But tonight was ridiculous. Me and my mom came here tonight around 7. Ordered on mobile with the correct stall number. A worker came out and handed us a cherry limeade (which I ordered) and a grape one (didn’t order). I understand that can happen sometimes so we were nice about it and told her our order and she was very nice...read full review
Disrespectful white teen boys hanging out in the parking lot makes it not family friendly but the staff and food was great
