Returning about 6 years later to say the new GM is HORRIBLE! I wait almost an hour for online order for a burrito that had nothing but sides in it. He gave my order to the WRONG PERSON and offered nothing but a half apology. WILL NEVERRRRR RETURN. I suggest you don’t come either!

Placed an online order and waited 40 minutes to find out it was never made. Manager wouldn’t come and talk to us at all. They finally refunded it and sent a car hop out to talk. Awful customer service!

The employees here continuously (every single time I visit) will remove orders from their system; on the customers end on order screen you'll see that your carhop is in route with your food. And then it will appear as if they have completed their task of delivering your order to the stall you're parked in. However it is always another 10 mins at the minimum I have waited after it claimed to be delivered as long as 20 minutes. All because they forget your order cause they've taken it off the screen. And most of the time they're rude.
Waited 20 minutes for a milkshake only to find out they didn't put the order through, then waited another 20 minutes AFTER Paying, still never got the milkshake, went somewhere else, avoid this place if you want food

Ordered online checked in . It said food was in the kitchen then disappeared food did not show up. Press the red button again they said they where not taking orders. But I told them I already ordered I'm trying to pick up. Said it was on its way still has not showed. Asked another car hop about my order still nothing.
