If you like the food served a Sonic then this location isn't so bad. At least not always. It is hit or miss though. I sat there one night waiting on y food to be brought out for so long that the food was cold and the milkshake was melted. They had one carhop on duty and it was a Saturday night. Poor thing did their best but you could tell they were very overwhelmed and stressed. I have not been back,. I much prefer the Hwy 45 location to this one. Which has it's moments as well. It really just depends on how badly you want Sonic and if it's your lucky day or not.

This place is the worst I've ever been to and they have no care about the customers it's what they want you to have not what you ordered. I was afraid to eat mine I just threw it away. They some mean and disgruntled people.

Just left there and hit the red button on 3 different stalls, and no one answered.... ??♂️ 2nd time that happened this week. I suppose going to 45 is the better option. But you shouldn't have to do that.

Okay, I do not bash any restaurant for any reason at all. I understand the need for employers and they are needed. At this point, managers, be mindful of who you hire to work in your establishment. Being rude and having a nasty attitude is not the way to answer any customer. On October 28 about 8:30 pm, we ordered our food, the wait was over 30 minutes, some of our food was cold, food was missing, our order was screwed up, car hop did not and I repeat did not serve with the right attitude and Manager was.……. Just never mind but you get the picture. Sonic please do better!!! This is why I choose Sonics on 45 any day. I can always count on their hospitality to fulfill my day. Please do better, the prices are too high to be rendering these types of services to people daily!! Never again will I be patronizing here………

This has to be the most absolute RUDEST Sonic I have EVER been to!!! They have VERY LOUD music playing so the cashier/cook/car hop- whatever you want to call them could not hear me so she kept saying “ma’am what you’d say?? MA’AM!! MA’AM!!!” I kept my cool and kept repeating myself then she just closed out my order with the total leaving me sitting here wondering if she even got my order correct- which it was NOT now I have to wait all over again for my order to be made correct. This location has a better chance being a club where everyone does nothing but hang out and listen to music than being a respectful restaurant. What a joke.
Placed my order online, and after paying, told me they were "out" of coffee, "out" of pretzel sticks, got my drink order wrong twice! And the drinks were nasty, didn't even taste like dr. Pepper...i threw it out. Not going back to this sonic! I don't recommend the Sonic on 82....?

slow service i was waiting on a doordash and i literally wasted 50 minutes waiting on two orders. the sonic on 82 is terrible!

Sonic Drive-In:Every time I come here, no matter what I order, it come out wrong. This place needs a total make over, I'm done with Sonic.Don't eat fast foods, it's killing us.
