I went and got a sandwich a little late. (Around 8:20) I wasn't expecting to much considering they close at 9 and I was patient. I got the titan turkey footlong. When they were making it I did notice it looked a little then but I thought it was just me. Till I got ready to eat and realized that even when I turned it into six inch it was bare. I I ended up with maybe one layer of turkey when the titan is supposed to be 33% more. I won't be using this subway anytime soon

I placed an order for a simple club on the app and while the sandwich was done on time; it was toasted which I didn't ask for, it was missing the bacon and the avocado both of which I paid extra for, and it did not seem to have 2x cheese either. Disappointed in the failure to complete a simple order for one sandwich.

Placed an order online for 2 Footlong subs, picked up my order and when I got home no cheese on subs, tried calling for 10 minutes and no answer so I drove back into town to talk to them either put cheese on my subs or remake them then one of the employees took apart my sub and no cheese, which on my sub they advertise 2X the Cheese on the Subway Club Sandwiches. They called the owner and he said to remake my sandwiches, thought was just a bad experience. Made another order while I'm at restaurant and watched them make sandwich notice they put 4 slices of cheese instead of 8 slices, they got mad and started yelling at me telling me only 4 slices go on a Footlong, I didn't feel showing their displays with 2X the Cheese would convince them so I told them just Cancel my order, they wouldn't cancel my order so I sat down and called the bank to dispute the charge as I'm not accepting the order and told them why, then they told me they called the owner and he will cancel my order. So I went to another Subway tonight and the woman was there from the US 45 store and she recognized me as I sat down to place my order, then started telling me they didn't have spinach, wheat bread, Provolone cheese and I told her ok to substitute the ingredients for something else, when I didn't have a problem with substituting ingredients she after a few minutes she asked if I had placed my order and I said I was substituting ingredients to what was in stock, she then told me to leave the Subway business at Brickerton location or they would call the police, I was stunned as I had just quietly sat down and was going to order online as I wanted the online discount. Her name I think is Marion, I was very embarrassed as another customer was in the store waiting and know I didn't deserve to be treated this way. I sent corporate Subway an online complaint about my experience tonight along with the owner. I'm still in disbelief about how I was treated, I have been a customer of Subway since January 1995 as I use to drive a truck across the United States.

The employee with the buzz cut named Caden Shane (total coincidence its not me haha) is super great and valued quality over quantity. My sandwich was perfect and his ability to answer questions fluently was charming, hes also very handsome and single.

The staff was very impolite, The girl didn't make my sandwich right and when I tried to tell her about it she seemed like she had a little attitude. She didn't cut my sandwich in half If I kind of mentioned veggie's fell all out of the sandwich so I pretty much had to remake my sandwich when I got home.

If I could give it a 0 star, I would. Rude employees at best. Tried to use a coupon and she acted as if I was speaking another language. “My manager says not to take coupons.”Now I understand why this location has a bad rep…horrible service, unsanitary restrooms, inept employees with high turnover rate, and ownership/management who refuses to accept Subway coupons (further confirming that this franchise could care less about its customers).Do yourself a favor, pass this one by.

I have went to this location on several occasions and everytime my order gets messed up. Multiple times I have received my food with it drenched in teriyaki sauce, to the point it is inedible. Also they do not keep a phone on to call and inform anyone. I don't know if it's poor management or just horribly trained employees, but I personally will no longer purchase from this location.
