The freestyle machine did not have ice. The freestyle machine did not have Dr pepper or root beer.We ordered salads. The Asian sensation did not have chicken on it. When we asked the person at the register, the answer was it does not come with chicken it has an egg roll. The Cobb salad did not have egg on it. I did not bother asking anyone at the register.We are removing Zaxby's from our list. It is now down there with McDonald's

Zaxby's will not let you order all flats, but in return, will give you all drums. Each time I go there... I asked them yo not give me all drums and guess what.. they give me aalllll drums. So I politely ask for a refund. This happens at thr Columbus location most.

Food is good, the place is clean, and our order almost always comes out perfect (they sometimes forget the extra seasoning on the fries). We always order ahead with the app, and the food is almost always ready right when it says it will be. The staff are also plenty nice, which is a plus.
Our Zaxby's is good. Foods always good. I'm just not a huge fan of the food in general. Workers are usually nice and in a decent mood. Kinda meh in all honesty. Not bad but not excellent either. Overall I recommend. I like the fried pickles.

I went through the Zaxby's line today In Columbus Mississippi and was changing the ingredients to a salad and the sweet guy taking my order through the drive-through helped me through the process quickly he was so friendly he was amazing his name was Christian and if I owned a business I would hire him in a heartbeat! He's one of those people that has "it"!

Getting out of the hospital recently, I was on a light diet. My wife ordered us salads. I had a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It was very good. Salad was fresh and the chicken had a great flavor.
