Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has received mixed reviews from customers. Some mention that the quality of the chicken has declined, describing the tenders as chewy and questioning what happened to the food. Others note small portions and inconsistent food quality, especially at certain locations. Several customers are disappointed with the fries, often requesting extra seasoning but rarely receiving it, and complain that they are soggy. The atmosphere and staff attitude vary; some find the staff friendly, while others experience poor attitudes and long wait times, especially when ordering through the app. Issues with missing condiments and incorrect or incomplete orders are common. Despite these complaints, some praise the store environment and the drinks, as long as ice is managed properly. Overall, many feel that the quality and service at certain locations need improvement to match the brand’s previous reputation.
