One of my bright spots while in Columbus. The lady taking my order was polite even as my earring was garbled from having earplugs in all day. She had to repeat herself a few times but never got frustrated. This is customer service. I apologized and she was grateful. She even told me to have a great day as I was leaving. Oh and the black angus club was delicious too. But that's a given At McAlister's.
This is a great place for lunch! Everything was clean, everyone was friendly and the food was delicious. We had the Rueben and the Club. Both were amazing. The potato salad was also great. I would highly recommend you trying it for yourself.

I went through the drive through... I ordered a grilled chicken salad it was very fresh a great place to eat McAlister's was my first job actually and that was over 10 years ago I loved the food then I love the food now.
