We waited in line 15 min. To find out they were out of ice cream 02/26/24 about 2:30 in the afternoon I just wish there was a sign that said they had no ice cream. This is not our first time here and have problems everytime,, Corinth

Waited over 15minutes with just 2 of us in line. Fries was hot but burger was cold. Cheese wasn't melted and meat had been cooked awhile. Buns was very cold. Be awhile before go back.

Messed up my order the first time, fixed it only to get home and find out they still messed it up.
Ordered online. Was given the cup and I asked if there were any noncarbonated drinks, the young man stated they have the same thing back there as in the lobby. So I had to prompt him with, do you have tea? Common sense would tell you to ask the customer if they would like tea if they have asked for a noncarbonated drink. Then I was handed my Blizzard on the counter, not turned upside down to demonstrate that it was good. This place needs to do better. I'm a trucker and was craving a Blizzard and this was on my way to Kimberly Clark.

Couldn't even see it from the street! No lights on outside and when we pulled up to the drive thru the menu board wasn't even in! Told the drive thru operator but he said "I don't know anything about that.". He was nice but I know this store has to be losing business because it looked closed.

The food is what you'd expect. Not bad, but not great either.The two stars on the service isn't because of the young man who was working. It was because he was the only one trying to deal with the counter and the driver-thru. It took nearly 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Forget about served.But again not entirely his fault. Just sad that people don't want to work anymore.
