If they didn't make the best chicken strips I would never go back. Service is SLOW. I think they are often short staffed but their chicken is cravable and so we return & wait
Food was perfectly prepared! It was almost like they cooked it as we ordered it. Definitely a vast improvement from past visits. ALL the food was hot and fresh. Service here needs improvement. Overall had a delicious lunch ! Thanks!!!
We like Dairy Queen but this one has the worst service of any fast food place. The last time went here it was during posted hours (11:39am) and the door was locked. An employee saw us and never bothered to come to the door to explain the closure. On another occasion we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to be told that the ice cream machine was broken. Now we go to the Dairy Queen in Savannah, TN where the service is top notch.
