Best Chicken 🐔 in town
Ashley, held the door for me coming in.
The whole time she uplifted me as a person.
She more than made me feel welcome, she made me feel whole and beautiful as a person.
The food was fresh, my chicken was crispy, I shared my fries so I didn't try them. And I didn't even have to leave the counter. That's the type of fast food service I like.
She got me to try a sauce I hadn't tried yet and I'm officially on board I could see me squeezing it on a burger dipping my fries...read full review

Jack's Family Restaurant offers good value, especially for breakfast combos like the breakfast deluxe. The food is often described as great, fresh, and very hot. Service is frequently praised as amazing, friendly, and kind, with staff checking on customers and answering questions without delay. The facility hires people with disabilities, which customers love and support. However, some reviews note the service can be very slow, with one order taking 15 to 20 minutes for a steak biscuit. Cleanliness is inconsistent, as one visit mentioned a bunch of flies and trash on the floor and tables. Order accuracy varies by location; while one crew got it right, another location had a totally screwed up order. Overall, Jack's provides a hearty, affordable meal with standout service, though speed and cleanliness may need attention.
