Oh my goodness!! What a gem! My husband and I stopped in here on a Thursday evening as just finding it on Google maps on pur way to vacation in Arkansas to see our daughter and her family. We ate well in Arkansas and to and from, but this fprner gas station off from the main dining strip area was the place we talked about the most. The pizza I got was amazing. This place is incredible and always worth the drive from Florence.
Wonderful pizza with fresh ingredients. Friendly staff. Will be back.

Moondog Makers and Bakers is a gem and a hidden treasure. The restaurant offers amazing pizza, and the hot honey cheese bread and the Ruxin pizza are highly recommended. The food is out of this world, very good, fresh, and delicious, with amazing taste and textures and unexpected ingredients brought together. The pizza is brick oven/ fire roasted, and the aroma inside is amazing. The fried mozzarella bites are also very good. The service is excellent, with an excellent owner and staff. The server was attentive, nice, friendly, welcoming, and described menu items perfectly. The place is clean, including the ladies room, and has a cool look with eclectic decor that is welcoming, inviting, and fun to observe. There are several picnic tables out front for outdoor dining. The atmosphere is really fun. T-shirts and some other small items are for sale. The only downside is they don't have fountain drinks, only cans. This is a great cafe and a must try. Highly recommend stopping in and trying it all. You will not be disappointed.
