Ordered 3 bone rib pint of beans ribs were dried out and beans were to spicy hot first time I ever had bad beans from any tops location
i love the double cheeseburgers but i dont understand why they always put the mayo, mustard etc on the bottom bun, why cant they put everything under the top portion of the bun, I don't like eating my burger upside down

Tops BBQ has great service and kind staff. The meat is good and tender, and many customers have found the barbecue sauces to be impressive. The BBQ sandwich and barbecue beans have received mixed reviews; while some enjoy the pulled pork sandwich, others feel the barbecue beans are not warm and taste like pork and beans with chili sauce. The sampler plate remains a tasty option, though it may not always be warm. The fries are still basic crinkle cut frozen fries. The chicken is decent, but the bun can be flat and cold. The mac and cheese is not a favorite for some. Parking can be difficult, particularly for people with disabilities, as the handicap spots are often blocked by the drive-thru. Despite some areas needing improvement, including the food and parking, the restaurant has shown promise with its friendly staff and delicious offerings. Many customers have expressed a desire to return for more of the tasty dishes they enjoyed.
