Tops BBQ has great service and kind staff. The meat is good and tender, but the barbecue sauce is not good. The BBQ sandwich and barbecue beans are not highly recommended. The barbecue beans are not warm and taste like pork and beans with chili sauce and barbecue sauce. The sampler plate is tasty but may not be warm. The fries are basic crinkle cut frozen fries. The chicken is alright, but the bun can be flat and cold. The mac and cheese is not a favorite for some. Parking can be a problem, especially for people with disabilities, as the handicap parking spots are often blocked by the drive thru. The restaurant needs to improve its food and parking situation.
