Just once, JUST ONCE, I would like to go there and get either good service, or get my order right. Tonight went there, placed my order (2 conveys, burger, fries. and onion rings). Got home and no burger. I'm too cold and too tired to go back out. That's the THIRD consecutive time that I've gone there and my order has not been right. trust me, if we had more burger options in Crystal Springs, I assure you, I would never eat there.
Food is cold and the wait is outrageous for your order to be wrong...

I ordered a triple smasher from their app and they gave me a double smasher. They told me that I could not return it because it was an online order. They stole my money and told me to go away. Worst Sonic ever, go to any other food place in town

This is the worst Sonic I’ve ever visited..I took my aunt and uncle for an ice cream..The girl was shouting rudely through the intercom soo loud I had to ask her to speak where we could understand her..Rude and unprofessional..Thank goodness we found Starks in Hazlehurst..Very friendly employees and delicious ice cream..

Make sure to double and triple check your orders since anytime we order through the app they can't seem to read the instructions when items are taken off. Makes this store not worth visiting when you can't seem to get the orders right.

I paid $17.00 for French toast sticks with 2x bacon on the side. I did not receive the bacon. The place is nasty. When I got home and called, they have the phone off the hook. Do NOT go to this dump!

Whole place is very nasty. you can see it on the floors when they open the doors. food is always greasy , the whole town knows the new manager was trained on how to steal . i see crackheads walking in and out w giant bags of things. it’s truly no telling what’s going on in here. literally a whole mess. they’re cheating their system by clocking our orders out early and making sure their numbers are fine but inaccurate . their Food is never put together neatly , it’s a sloppy hot mess. they don’t read the instructions on the app , and they’re plain rude

If I am not mistaken, from seeing Facebook posts and talk in the town; that our Sonic is under new management. Well, first of all, Sonic ruined me the day they added French Toast sticks to the $1.99 menu lol. But, at my local Crystal Springs, Mississippi Sonic today, my mobile order was prompt when I checked in. The carhop was friendly and called out my order. The food was hot and fresh, just cooked. And the fried food I got you can tell it was cooked in fresh oil. Kudos to the New Management, it is a welcomed change.

Overcooked
They always outta something its crazy got my my order wrong and brought me some ranch dip and called it queso? Asked for half lemonade/tea since they were out of everything thing else go brought some watered down bs crystals springs just aint the destination for good food service
How is it that I have to wait 10+ min to get a line-ade. No combo just a soda?. This makes the second time I've been forgotten about at this location. Wait times is horrible for one drink. That's all I order when I do go is a lime_ade of sorts. But to have to wait and wait and wait. Thankfully I didn't pay with my card or id really have been kinda sorta upset. The prioritization of simple orders such as a drink can be and should be pushed to the front of the line. There is never any we apologize for our lack luster business tacts just oh well... It's close to home but look like I'm either gonna have to go 20 minutes north or south and just avoid this one all together
Normal chain location. Food is consistent with the chain. Service is pretty slow, probably due to staffing. Staff is friendly. Mobile order pickups take almost as long as ordering from the stall.
