“To whoever owns this particular Subway, or Subway in general let me just say I’ve never had a bad experience here! However, you need more staff. There’s two restaurants in this town, and one sandwich artist ain’t cutting it. Now the young guy serving today did fantastic! Moves quickly, always has a great attitude and is extremely professional! Order is always spot on! When the line is backed up to the door though, everyone and anyone would need some help. It’s $10+ for sandwiches and convenience. More help shouldn’t be a problem I would think.”

“This man got me hooked on Zack Garvin's! He has agreed to 1-2 nights a month for date night! Everything they make is good! That strawberry 🍓 butter and freshly baked bread 🥖 is to die for! 🥩 melt in your mouth! Salads are always fresh & crispy! That crab cake tower will have you doing a little dance! Tomato Fritters don’t miss! The Chef’s Redfish is in a category all by itself! The best I’ve ever had!! Drinks are on point too! If you have not been then you are definitely missing out on good food and even better service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Very inviting as you walk through the door! I got the frozen mocha and caramel frozen drink, wow! Wish I would have gotten the large! Got a few other things to take home as well! Very friendly staff. The place was very clean and the sitting arrangements looks to be very relaxing. Overall, great experience!”

“The only reason I’m taking the time to do this review is to praise a certain employee that is always working this location. I don’t recall his name but he has blonde curly hair. He is by far, the nicest, most genuine, most respectful, Subway employee I’ve ever came across. He is the best subway employee of any of the many subways I’ve ever been to. The amount of patience, manners, & respectfulness that this young man has is unmatched. I’m hoping the owner sees this review, please give him a raise. He’s ALWAYS working (far more than any other employee in there) & ALWAYS extremely nice. I’ve encountered him numerous times, I know for as long as he’s been working at this location, & he’s always the best one. PLEASE give him some recognition & praise. Hopefully a raise too.”

“I saw this place and since I had never been to a Ward's I figured it was worth checking out because of the marquee. I was pleasantly surprised. The girl behind the counter told me while I was waiting for my order that the biscuits there were probably some of the best and she was right. Melt in your mouth! Friendly staff, great prices and great food. Bathroom was clean as well.”

“No complaints at all with the waiter. She had no help and was unable to take an order, and click- the phone hung up on me. Once she called me back without request, she apologized and explained to me what was going wrong and guided me to there website ( subway )”

“While traveling I decided to stop here for a bite to eat. No one was at the counter to take my order, then a young man came from the kitchen to the counter. His name is Craig and he took the initiative to learn to work the register to take my order so I would not have to wait. He was very kind and considerate. And then I really appreciated the fact that he learned something new just to serve me.”

“We normally dont have any issues with our food. There is sometimes a wait but I dont mind, bc the food be fresh. But one night I was waiting and my daughter who is 5 with AutDHD had to use the restroom. Going in was good but coming out.... she cut up bad bc she wanted a fountain drink that I needed to pay for first... but she had no understanding whatsoever!!!! Ms. Rosie came from around the corner and not only helped me calm her down but she walked us to the car and made sure we both got situated. This is what u call customer service at its finest. MOST people just stare and watch me struggle but she didn't. She was so sweet and caring. I pray God bless every step she take. The cashier (i dont know her name) is always really sweet to. This is a team every company need. They are not just there for the money but the service! God bless them all!!!”

“The food was hot and fresh. The burger buns were so soft and delicious! The service was exemplary! Friendliest workers I have seen in such a long time at a McDonald's. The food came out so fast and they actually brought it to the table, which my local store does not. I was just traveling through, but wish this was my hometown McDonald's.”
