I have never once placed an order using the app to this KFC and not had to wait an additional 15-25 minutes for my food after I get the notification that it is ready. Twice I have walked into the restaurant after being told in the app my food was ready to pick up, and the person I asked about it hadn't even noticed a mobile order had come through, so they had to start making it then, and then they will get halfway through making the food and I will be I formed they have run out...read full review
It's been a little bit since I've been to this location bc it was never a good place. I went today and the employees were soo nice and the food was absolutely great. 20 stars
