On Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at approximately 2PM I went into the restaurant to get an order of onion rings and a drink. I was the only customer in the store. The young gentleman at the counter stared at me and didn't speak a word (no greeting, no speaking, no smiling) - After an uncomfortable few seconds, I asked him if I could order with him. He finally said "what do you want?" I then ordered, he handed me my cup and there was not another word that came out of his mouth. He had NO customer service skills. I actually found myself wondering if he might be on drugs. Another employee handed me my order of onion rings, which were cold. I then went to sit down (they have approximately 20 tables here), but EVERY single table was dirty with food crumbs and drink stains. I found one table that wasn't as bad as all the the other ones, I wiped it off and then sat down. That's when I noticed that the floor was disgusting as well and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in at least a day or two. As I was eating my cold onion rings, there was a black gentleman behind the counter (who may have been the Manager) who was talking so loudly that I literally could not stay in there any longer. I took the rest of my onion rings and threw them out before leaving. This was, by far, my worst dining experience ever. To the owner of this Diamondhead Burger King, I say that if you care at all about keeping your business open, you need to make major changes. If not, please close your restaurant as, in its current state, it is an embarrassment to the city of Diamondhead. John S.

Came in for a burger, stayed for the soap opera.
Bathrooms? Filthy. Trash? Overflowing. Staff? Chilling at a table like they were on break from caring. Then in storms a woman from a nearby business. Loud, heated, and ready to air every bit of drama like it was a live taping of Real Housewives: Diamondhead Edition.
She demanded the manager (none on duty, shocker) and then launched into a public declaration that she absolutely did not sleep with said 23-year-old employee. She made sure EVERYONE knew they’re just friends who like to drink, night swim, and karaoke. Also, her divorce isn’t final and how dare anyone tarnish her reputation. Honestly, it was the most energy anyone had in the building all day.
The food? Meh. The vibe? Messy. This place needs a deep clean and a reality check.

Total garbage We have waited for over 40 minutes for food when we were literally the only customer at the time. We have watched them put a patty on a burger after picking it up off the floor. We have banned their restaurant family wide. They honestly need to tear it down and build something better.

The drive thru was very busy that no cashier inside to take orders. Took several minutes for someone to do so.
This is not a very good Burger King. The food was cold and nasty. Chicken sandwich was salty and burned. The staff was rude and snotty to me and my wife. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
