This place used to be good but it has gone way down hill. I order two kids meals both didn't have the toy or the sauce that was order had fries instead of applesauce. Ordered a steakhouse burger got a whopper instead my wife got a whopper too and both burgers were ice cold. I know it's fast food but it tends to be convenient due to its location and the hectic lifestyle we live. Just needs some better management im guessing.

I feel like the Marcus in Diamond Head burger. King at night, in the in the window is the only one working. He's the only one that holds that place together.

Marcus, who took my order was amazing! His attitude and attention to detail along with his outgoing personality was something that I've never experienced before at any fast food restaurant in my 70 years. He should be teaching a workshop at the corporate level on how to have a positive attitude at work and the effect it has on others. I will be going back to this restaurant just because of him. Great job whoever hired him! If I were still in business, I would be recruiting him to be part of my team!

My husband order through the drive through in Diamondhead. They told him to pull into a spot and they will bring it out. After sitting in car waiting for about 10 minutes. He went in side and they slipped his order. So he waited again ands all he was told they were short staffed. The didn’t even think to ask him if he would like a free meal or drink. This is bad management in this situation

Horrible everyti.e i go there the food is old ,fries are cold and old. I swear the burgers look like they were pre- made and warmed back up in a microwave. Totally disgusting.And the location it's in. I'm pretty sure it gets enough business to keep the food fresh. M

On Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at approximately 2PM I went into the restaurant to get an order of onion rings and a drink. I was the only customer in the store. The young gentleman at the counter stared at me and didn't speak a word (no greeting, no speaking, no smiling) - After an uncomfortable few seconds, I asked him if I could order with him. He finally said "what do you want?" I then ordered, he handed me my cup and there was not another word that came out of his mouth. He had NO customer service skills. I actually found myself wondering if he might be on drugs. Another employee handed me my order of onion rings, which were cold. I then went to sit down (they have approximately 20 tables here), but EVERY single table was dirty with food crumbs and drink stains. I found one table that wasn't as bad as all the the other ones, I wiped it off and then sat down. That's when I noticed that the floor was disgusting as well and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in at least a day or two. As I was eating my cold onion rings, there was a black gentleman behind the counter (who may have been the Manager) who was talking so loudly that I literally could not stay in there any longer. I took the rest of my onion rings and threw them out before leaving. This was, by far, my worst dining experience ever. To the owner of this Diamondhead Burger King, I say that if you care at all about keeping your business open, you need to make major changes. If not, please close your restaurant as, in its current state, it is an embarrassment to the city of Diamondhead. John S.
