Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Closed before time that’s stated on door. Told me they were out of food. One of the workers taking trash out was hollering across the parking lot saying they were closed.

The Dairy Queen Grill and Chill in Diamondhead is a nice location. Entrance and exit is very easy and they have a great outdoor shady area with tables. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our food was very good and served quickly. We would definitely stop again when in the area

Tess greeted us with a smile on her face as we walked in. She was so kind and polite. It was such a shock to be greeted and taken care of. McDonald's in Louisiana, the employees don't even look up when you approach the counter. Amazing customer service. I felt welcome and cared for. Great job Tess! You deserve this shout-out. ❤️ Our food was prepped quickly. The seating and countertop tables were clean. The women's restroom was clean. There was also outdoor seating with cement table and benches under some trees.

Food is pre-cooked, everything I had was cold and stale. Chicken strips were fried hard to the point that I couldn't eat them. The location was Diamondhead, MS.

It was lunch time...noon. workers outside. I was only customer. Cheeseburger was cold and looked sat on . Pickles all on one side. Fries cold ...and it was lunch time. I know why nobody was there.

Without a doubt the best dairy Queen I've ever been my double cheeseburger was cooked away I wanted and my banana split Blizzard was exactly how I wanted very friendly staff.

I had a large order in the drive thru around 7:00 tonight. The young lady taking my order was nice and patience while taking my large order and when I got to the window there was a young gentlemen helping her that already had all drinks ready and another young gentlemen that had all the blizzards ready. Super kind and efficient staff!

The past few times i’ve went to dairy queen they have told me that the dirt pie blizzard is online , well it’s not , then after i went it popped up unavailable but i keep getting told it’s online . At the drive thru the girl told me she couldn’t hear me , so obviously i raised my voice then she wanted to raise hers and u could barely hear her through the microphone, the service at dairy queen.. especially at night has gotten worse and i’ve always loved dairy queen .. some of the girls working tonight seriously has a bad attitude.. i’m sure if i (a young girl) doesn’t appreciate it , others don’t as well , it’s not hard to have a good attitude.

My peanut butter buster parfait was good but filled so much that It was melting over. Didn't get but one napkins and asked for extra... fudge sauce was limited but had a good amount of peanut butter sauce and it was quite good... It would of been better if the service was friendlier.

Grease needs cleaned or if has been recently, it needs changed. Mens room smelt like urine and the hand dryer doesn't put out any air.

We used our gift cards from Christmas finally, and the service was fast, and the food was scrumptious. But those blizzards. Chef kiss.

Just really bad with collabs like the Superman collab unlike other dairy Queens who have the meals unlike this one
