Drive through ice cream order. Had the peanut buster parfait. Only thing good about it was the nuts that you could taste. The ice cream tasted like water with no flavor. The same for the hot fudge. The worst parfait I have ever had. Husband had Heath bar blizzards. He was quiet so I guess they were ok.

Not sure why you scattered when we came to order food at 9:35, we even went to the door and all the employees went running and the door was locked. Super rude when you are supposed to be open until 10.I'm also not sure why the owner keeps responding "I'm sorry you had a bad experience" to all the negative reviews but not actually fixing anything. Have you read the reviews??? Obviously this place needs some help

The food was good but the cashier had a major attitude problem. I told her I didn’t have ice cream as she was handing me two ice creams and she caught a major attitude like it’s my fault she can’t read.

We ordered meal deals with a desert. The fries were lukewarm and the hot fudge Sundays were made when we ordered our meal and brought to us after they sat out and melted while we were eating.

First went to the drive-thru tried to place my order and when I didn't hear anybody on the other end I said hello the girl replied with yeah what do you want to drink with the worst attitude so then I pulled around and I went inside and asked for a manager she then said she was the manager so then asked for a district manager and then was told we don't have one the service was so bad I didn't even order food I walked out

The staff at drive thru was very rude. I asked if they had filled all the order and they said yes. Get home and of course it was not all there. I returned with food and the young girl did not say sorry and acted if I was bothering them. I gave them food back and got my money back. Will not go back. I cannot believe the three girls at window.
