Delivery service is VERY unreliable, it wasn't an issue until starting about a year ago as it used to be very reliable. Often times now though, it can take an hour to get your food delivered during a slow time (I can't even imagine trying to order on a Friday night) or they just end up delivering to the wrong address. I would suggest carry out if you plan on ordering from this location.

I ordered tavern crust Pizza with beef, bacon and extra cheese and extra pineapple. I picked up a thin and crispy pizza that was sitting on the conveyor belt getting cold, and it had chicken, beef, a few pieces of pineapple and no extra cheese.. š¤¬š¤¬

Pizza was poorly made and dry with no sauce, very little cheese and crust like cardboard. The sausage was a few pieces here and there. Didn't see the ham or onions at all. I ate it because I took it home and was very hungry. Second time dissappointed and wont do it again.

The customer service associated with the stores general manager Derrick is atrocious! He is disrespectful, conceited, unapologetic and lacks general skills in dealing with customers. We will NEVER order from this particular establishment again, due to how he handled my family. This entire fiasco went from delivery, phone calls and eventually my husband going up to speak to Derrick directly about his total disrespect towards me and then subsequently my husband over the phone. NEVER AGAIN.

I have loved Pizza Hut since I was a little kid! This Pizza Hut is pretty good, they hardly ever mess-up my order, and they taste ten times better than the Dominoās across the street. I donāt like being nitpicky, but I believe the specific drivers who bring the food must also deliver the order that they make, because each time my order has been incorrect, the same driver has brought it, and his personality is a bit āoffā, and kind of abrasive, yet each time the other driver has brought it, it was not only correct, but extra care was taken with the little things, like getting the sauces correct, making sure I had three toppings when I ordered three toppings, etc. The fault ultimately lies with the manager, who should be doing a quick QC peek at the ticket and the items before the order leaves the building. Iām taking a break.

Employee was in a rush to get me out of there. Food was par. I ordered a hand tossed meat lovers pizza. It was very skimpish on meat I added mushrooms and onions. Onions looked to be oldish. Didn't see any mushrooms. Just not what I expected.

I ordered the NY pizza for my first timeWas disappointing.... the pizza cook sprinkled Romano cheese on my pizza just before closing box and handing it to meI'm sorry, the cheese sprinkles ruined my pizza. I spent 10 years in new york eating pizzas. Never, not once did I ever receive a pizza sprinkled with parmesan cheese. I'm sure it was availible, if I asked. But never before I asked. SUGGESTION: STOP THE SPRINKLES. I WILL ORDER AGAIN THE NY PIZZA, BUT I WILL TRY TO BLOCK THE SPRINKLES. THANKS
