Ingredients were at least a day old and the bread definitely a day old very cheap when building the sandwich with the meat if I’m pay 11 dollars for a fresh sandwich I would like it to be good and fresh not a sandwich I pack a day ago for lunch with small ingredients. I’ve had better in the Houston airport than this. Next time I’ll wait and go to Waveland or get a fresh sandwich from rouses

we walked in to order food and used the bathroom first. as we round the corner a employee is in the back office washing and massaging her feet. she then got up and went to line with out washing her hands and put gloves on. any one want toe jam.

Under new management! We come a couple of times a week, they make all our sandwiches exactly as we ask. Aisasi (forgive me, I'm not sure how to spell his name) does an amazing job! He is friendly, and ask specifics on our food to make it like we like. My son only likes pepperoni, double cheese and toasted and they make sure it has enough cheese so it's melted perfectly. Definitely worth coming here, everything is fresh and made to order!

Stopped by while on a road trip with my family. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the food was great.
I walked in an no one was behind the counter. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands. It appears nothing gets cleaned. Not the bathroom, the external door glass, the glass on the bread ovens. After I came back out, still took 30 seconds at least until This one guy came out. I walked out.

If I could rate it a 0 I can would. Customer service was the worst I’ve ever experienced. His attitude was the worst. The food was STALE. I couldn’t hardly even take a bite out of it. Nobody should waste money here.

Customer service was horrible pretzel was stale bro stuck the cheese in a microwave for 2 minutes melted the plastic and still tried to give it to me and then rolled his eyes when I asked for a new one. If you hate your job that bad just leave and go somewhere else
