Unfortunately, they can never get a mobile order correct... In every order, I am missing something... It is very frustrating... So, I am done with this TacoBell.

They threatened me with not serving me again because I came back with a Cascadia that I ordered to NOT have sauce on it. But had sauce on it.

Horribly slow service. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes and no one greeted me or took my order. No one even acknowledged I was there. So I walked out and left. They won't be open long if you don't value your customers.

Food got messed with on purpose. Management was non existent and employees cussing at guests. I’m now deleting the app because of the way my wife and daughter got talked to. Will definitely not be going back. Guy with pony tail escalated the issue and the girl with purple hair was cussing and extremely rude.

taco bell is literally my fav fast food but this was not it, they got half of my order wrong; one of the items being a vegetarian item they put meat in and the other (which was supposed to be a chicken enchilada burrito) was just beans. like they just had bean in a tortilla which is literally nothing like my item??? mind you i ordered online so i don’t think they could’ve misheard me lol. my item didn’t even have beans??? i’m very sad, even my hometown taco bell which is always busy and understaffed has never made this dumb of a mistake

Most unprofessional hostile, don't give a damn staff I ever saw! One girl had her 3 year old working the drive thru, other workers were fighting, refusing to help customers. Don't use a coupon in the store staff tole me to pay full price at kiosk for a free item, then they'd make the free item after I paid for it. Only person in store that was normal is the elderly lady and the young guy that works there. The rest need to be Fired!

This was the worst experience! When I asked a question about an item I couldn't find on the kiosk she was rude. We had ordered taco supremes with avocado and they didn't have sour cream so we had to ask for some and again she was rude like we were the problem. I won't be going to this location again!
Would not serve me at 11:25 pm
(closes at midnight) because they said they already cleaned the grills. I said “you’re open for 35 more minutes” and worker said, “alright”. Worker gave me a sweet little lazy shrug gesture as I drove by.
Edited to write that this was also the girl with the green hair. From reading other reviews, seems like she is consistently lazy and rude to customers.

I could not rate this place with anything but the lowest because I was not able to get any food. There were no cars in parking lot. One other person in front of me at drive through. After about ten minutes of me getting in line. The care in front left. Not sure how long they waited. Another 15 minutes passed for a total of 25 minutes and still not a peep front the speaker at the drive through. I had my heart set on Taco Bell and there is not much else on this exit, so I parked and went inside. No customers inside, went to the counter, after about 5 awkward minutes of me standing there alone, I decide to call out “Hello?” But not answer, waited , again called out, and no answer again. So it’s been a total of 45 minutes now, and now I am sure the building is completely unattended. Another customer came in at this time, I told them no one was here and he would have to help himself and I left. Whomever is supposed to be running this place should be fired, and this franchise pulled from its owner.

I went on Monday nite around 8 they were only taking cash which was fine. I ordered 2 cheese bean and rice burrito and two spicy potato soft tacos the two ladies that are interacted as the window with were very kind and friendly I pay I get home I go to eat my food and the the tacos had like six or seven pieces of cheese on it I get it the taco don't cost a lot of money but it had six or seven pieces of cheese that's not a lot and then the potatoes were hard as rocks it was like trying to eat a tortilla stuffed with rocks I called the store and ask to speak to a manager I spoke to the general manager she was very kind very friendly as I was very kind and friendly I I work in the restaurant business as well she offered to fix my food that night unfortunately I live like 30 minutes away so I couldn't make it back that night I asked her if I could just pick it up at another time she said that's fine let him know that I talk to her and I go back on Thursday afternoon on the 4th of July I get my food redone that they had messed up and then I went ahead and ordered something else they were very kind to me the tacos were amazing this time around they were soft and it had a fair amount of cheese it didn't it's not like it was overboard or under it was the right amount it was more than six pieces it's like they sprinkled it on there they fixed my whole order they fixed the burritos as well and the two tacos I also added a cheesy gordita crunch to my order because I'm not one of those people that want everything free I just wanted to let them know about the quality of the food that they're giving out but I do got it admit the food that they remade and my cheesy gordita crunch was amazing I would give it a 5 out of 5 with all the reason I gave it the one was because that night to be honest they shouldn't have sent those potatoes out those potatoes were like rocks mistakes happen again the general manager was very kind very friendly and they did fix my food and I will be back. The first two picks or the food from today the remake minus my burritos those are still in the bag the last couple pictures are the bad potatoes they gave me
