Customer service is awful. Have to wait in the parking lot for over 10 minutes for your food if you order through the drive thru. If the AI doesn’t understand you and orders whatever, the staff won’t make it right. Won’t be back. Worst Taco Bell we’ve been to. Keeps going down hill.

Today I went to TacoBell Drive Thru for lunch it was in Diamondhead I was order #41 and ordered the #9 meal deal. I got all 6 items in my bag but the Crispy Chicken Avo Ranch Burrito was HORRIBLE!!! OMG the Chicken was so overcooked it was black so tough and dried out it was not edible. I would not have fed that to a dog let alone a human being!!! 8/12/25 at 12:16 PM...I will never return to this Taco Bell and I advise EVERYBODY NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY at this place!!! Whoever is cooking cannot make the food and was going to give me cheese and chips instead of pintos and cheese until the cashier corrected them. I wish I could get a refund, but posting this on Google should make other people think before going to the Taco Bell Drive Thru in Diamondhead, MS.
This is a horrible Taco Bell. I am local to Diamondhead and have been here multiple times trying to give it a fair chance. Not again. Today upon taking a bite into my food, there was a very long brown hair wrapped in my burrito. I immediately threw it away with disgust and lost my appetite. This location needs a serious management change and a visit from the Health Department.

This location is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever experienced. If you can actually get what you want (because they’re usually out of everything), you most likely have a completely incorrect order. It’s a disaster. The people aren’t ever mean though. I think that it has to be management and lack of any true inventory. I’m just tired of placing a mobile order and then having to cancel it.

No one is ever available to take orders and there are no menus on the screens. All orders have to be put in on the kiosk, nothing was wiped down so we had to do that ourselves also. Nothing was stocked in the dining room so you have to try to find someone to get what you need. When we did get our order we were told we're out of tomatoes, would have been nice to know before I ordered.
