This is the worst Taco Bell in Mississippi. They do not care how they make your food it is sloppy . The kids working at Taco Bell don't care about a job as long as they get paid. The manager is disgusting she can not run a store

I’m new to the area and have given this place a try now 3 times because it’s one of 3 restaurants that remain open past 9:00. It’s been disgusting every time. Tonight my food was cold, tasted like they made it yesterday, and so drenched in sauce that it was leaking out of the bag. I’ll drive a few miles to Waveland next time.

I never write reviews for literally anything, but i live in diamondhead and this place has messed up my order so many times. Every time i go they're either telling me there's a 20 min wait, have nothing available on the menu or i end up waiting 30+ min on my food. The absolute worst experience ive ever had with any restaurant/fast food restaurant. Do not go here

Almost didn't stop here because of the reviews. Staff was polite and friendly. Food was accurate and hot. Food was ready within 2 minutes. 6:30pm on Monday evening. I wouldn't typically write a review for an average fast food visit but had to balance out the reviews since they are hitting the mark at least sometimes.

Takes 20-30 mins every time, i waited 15 minutes for them to even speak to us in the drive they speaker for them to be like we're out everything. They didn't even apologize. I work in the service industry. You don't treat people this way.
Listen I’m all about closing early cool go home that’s fine but there’s a certain point of going home early cool I get it if you were to go home early bc your tired and have been working all day but going home bc no ones there to tell you other wise then why go home. I DoorDash as a second job to make money and I can’t make money if y’all are closing early bc yall can’t work till 12. I had a 17 dollar order I pull up to the window and get told “sorry we can’t do this order we are closed” I’m sorry it’s 11:22 pm on Thursday feb.27th where is it you have to be this late. Me personally I’d rather make money than loose money and your loosing money by not taking orders besides I’m almost 110% on the fact that when you get a DoorDash order you have to accept it so why accept the order then tell us you can’t make the order…… like.

Did an online order for a quick pick up. Quite literally waited 30+ minutes in drive thru at front of line in window for 7 items. No update/sorry for wait. Almost all of them items were wrong. I never do reviews and this needed a 1 star. Would give 0 if I could. They claimed short staff but 4 people inside. I have worked fast food as a manager for years, not someone who is randomly placing. review. This was 10pm about not right before close, and also not rush hour.
