Wow food was a mess in the wrapper , tried the loaded Italian and it was all falling out of the bun and the taste was nothing like the old sandwich. Next the fries were ready before I arrived, kind of normal at a lower fast food place. The kicker was asked if they had senior discount and get this answer it comes and it goes, lol. My funny thought was when I go does it come... lol. Well needless to say this Arby's is not for me. I may in the future try another Arby's in my travels to see if they can make a better loaded Italian. Back in the day the loaded Italian was my go to sandwich. Will need to try one more time at another restaurant.

I went in to get a remade order that was messed up two weeks prior…..when called to complain about the order the person told me they remake for free….i was very happy with this response…..when i called in to to get it remade the gm was nice and and helpful about it….however when i arrived to pick up order there was lady dressed in pajamas asking why my order was being remade…..the gm told her it was mistake and they are correcting it, she wanted to know who approved remaking an entire order for me just missing 3 of sandwiches on a $70 order…..mind you the three sandwiches were more than half the cost of my total order…..i asked her who she was, she replied she the dm…..i explained her the situation and that i thought it was great customer service they agreed to remake my order, she replied no it wasnt and continued to belittle her employees for it. I told her she has terrible customer service and she should be fired, she asked me to leave and i told her id leave after my order is complete to which she yelled at her employees to hurry up complete my order……

This is one of the worst Arby’s I’ve ever went to not to mention the attitude that some of these girls has at the window is unacceptable. The black girl that you got sticking her head out the window being rude to Customer should be unacceptable for this to happen. She even threw food at me. I will not be back at this Arby’s again and came by on Monday to get by get my two loaded Italian subs and it was loaded all right loaded with lettuce no tomato one strip of ham, one strip of salami and one little tiny pepperoni Flat Sandwich with nothing in it looks nothing like the picture that y’all have posted in the front of your building. Pitiful, pitiful, pitiful will not be back.

Be aware about the quality of food at this location went by on Monday to get a loaded Italian sub and it was a hot mess. They had one little small strip of ham that you could read through. They had one slice maybe two of salami and one little slice of pepperoni. The bun was not toasted like it should’ve been and it had no dressing no tomatoes and loaded with lettuce, they did have it loaded but with lettuce and I cannot stand lettuce.

Strayed Logic

This is ridiculous. When this store opened it was quick and great to come to, especially on my lunch hour from Walmart. Now it's so SLOW. I am currently trapped in the drive through and have been for TWENTY. MINUTES. What is going on?? This is the second time in a row I've been stuck in this line. I haven't seen ANYONE come to the window since the person in front of me paid. This is ridiculous!! Fix it or this place will shut down.

I was there on 8/25/25 at 1230. I ordered in drive through at the window was told immediately to pull up. Girl told me she would be right out. She didn’t ask for payment just told me to pull up. Several cars left and finally no one was in drive through I was sitting there for a long time waiting. It was a simple roast beef sandwich meal. I finally went inside I figured they forgot me. Same girl said are you in the red truck I said yes. She said you never gave your card I told her she immediately told me to pull up never asking for my card. She then looked confused and said they will make it now I told them not to worry about it. I had to get back to work. Very odd encounter, several other employees were just staring at me when I came in like I had done something wrong. Needs to be addressed I’m not quite sure what the deal was.

Food was crap, got the new Philly steak and it was such a rip off, basically a low quality bread roll with matching low quality angus beef they say, which I call totally false, tiny portioned maybe beef, 15 dollar combo was such a rip off. Upon arrival, an older balding man I can only assume is a manager of sorts, screamed really loud. FRONT COUNTER, there was no need to be such a jerk to the very friendly staff. Won’t be back.

Hot Tub Johnny Vegas

It feels like every time I go here it's raining outside but that's another issue... Staff works together to get your roast beef sandwich ready and everything on your plate as ordered. I'm very glad for their attitude and their upbeat take on things. A real pleasure to go to for lunch or dinner.

Did an online order. When I went to pick up, the chicken tenders were not cooked yet. I had to wait about 10-15min for that. I ended up going inside because I got tired of waiting in the car. Then they gave me my sandwich with it fully dressed. I had to show her on my phone that it was only supposed to have meat. They remade it. She said they had to put the chicken down and would be 5 min. That took another 14 min and I had to go ask her if it was almost done. (The place only had two other customers so wasn't busy) my other food was cold time I got home. I was there for a total of 28 min waiting for my food (I know this because I called my husband in the parking lot when I was waiting for the chicken tenders)
That was a ridiculous amount of time!
Also I specifically asked them if they would make the chicken tenders not hard. Fry them lightly. The chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich was really hard. My 5 year old didn't eat the tenders because the batter was hard.

The manager was great at this location and he fixed an issue that I had. I recommend giving this place a try they have improved a lot! Abby and her team are doing an amazing job .
