“My wife and I had breakfast at the Waffle House #1229 at 10081 3rd Ave., D'Iberville on May 27, 2023, and the service was the best we have ever witnessed in our 50+ years of eating at Waffle Houses. WH food is consistently tasty to us, but the fabulous host and server made this experience the best....both were friendly, definitely appeared glad we were there, and were both very accommodating. I only wish my receipt had shown the server's name. Thank you!”

“Food is great, but this restaurant is made for dine in and pick up. Waited over an hour for whatever third party they have deliver my food before I called and they told me it was still there waiting for someone to come, so I just went to go pick it up myself. So basically paid a delivery fee to pick up cold pizza and warm salad sitting on the pickup shelf. Aside from this definitely recommend”

I ate at the bar and the server/bartender was on the spot and straight forward. She switched out my soup when I told her that there was no gnocchi. the food was tasty and worth it.”

“yes we always have a good time most of the time at Reno's when they have the best DJ on the Gulf coast there usually she's on Thursdays but I think she's doing Saturdays now so go Saturdays at Reno's and listen to some great music and karaoke. make sure to tell all your friends and family to join in and sing karaoke.”

My hubs usually goes in and I tend to use the app for quick order and pick up and have always been happily surprised by the service! So glad to have this location close to our house! “I read that the best King Cake was at the bakery inside of the Scarlet Pearl. We rode over and they were sold out so we tried other pastries instead. The donut twist was amazing. It was soft and delicious. The next day we rode back earlier in the day to see if there were any King Cakes. They had several varieties so we picked 2. The Cream Cheese and the Cinnamon Cream Cheese. They were the best King Cakes I’ve ever tried. Very soft and delicious. I highly recommend trying to get your hands on one of their King Cakes.”

“I visited Chopstx Noodle Bar recently along with my friend. It is located inside the Scarlet Pearl Casino. The parking of the Casino can be used. While entering the lift from the parking side, the noodle bar is located on Casino (C) level.

The dining facility is top notch with friendly servers. The food was unique for me as it was my second time trying Vietnamese food. I tried Tofu Spring Rolls and Vegetarian Pho. I liked the Veg Pho a lot and it was really healthy at the same time. I also tried Grass Jelly drink. I didn't like the drink that much.

Overall our experience was amazing. I hope to return back and try other dishes on the menu.”

“My girlfriend and I were there this past Friday and the Friday beforehand. Last Friday we ate at Under The Oak. I ordered a slab of ribs and she ordered the fettuccine alfredo with grilled chicken. I come for the ribs. The ribs are usually on the spot. This time the ribs were tough which wasn't a big deal. This does happen, you do get sometimes a badd apple in the batch. John, the new manager who is transitioning over from the orchid room walked by and I stopped him and explained to him what was going on with my ribs. He was very courteous and willing to help. He took the ribs into the kitchen and came out and said the chef even said they were tough. Eventually a new order came out and they were spot on. John was very professional. Took the time to talk to us and actually concerned about our needs. It was nice to have someone professional like him addressing our order. Then. I think her name is Jen, our waitress. Oh she was great. She was right on it. She was ahead of herself. Couldn't have asked for a better server. First server ever and I mean ever who they are to give give us hand wipes for the ribs. I appreciate the professionalism and the concern that they expressed over our experience. Five stars was well deserved for both of these people.”

“First visit POV here! Massive menu, knowledgeable staff, delicious flavors. I had some sort of mermaid milkshake, complete with glitter, confetti, and a tail. The drink was absolutely gorgeous! I also had a couple scoops of chocolate chip cookie dough (yes, not cookie dough ice cream, just straight cookie dough), which can be eaten as-is! While the specialty items can be pricey, you do get what you pay for! If a simple vanilla scoop will do it for you, maybe save your money – this spot pulls all the bells + whistles (which, personally, I love when I need a little treat). Everything was yummy, and the decor was cute! Taking kids here to celebrate would be a fun idea. There is something for everyone.”

“One of my kids got sick from the food. The fried crabs we horrible. Smelled sour and meat was mushy and slimy. At 8:00 they stopped cooking and putting things out. All the food was already cold. Told manager and he refused to do anything. Said since he got the food it was a waste so we would be charged anyway”
