“I visited Chopstx Noodle Bar recently along with my friend. It is located inside the Scarlet Pearl Casino. The parking of the Casino can be used. While entering the lift from the parking side, the noodle bar is located on Casino (C) level.

The dining facility is top notch with friendly servers. The food was unique for me as it was my second time trying Vietnamese food. I tried Tofu Spring Rolls and Vegetarian Pho. I liked the Veg Pho a lot and it was really healthy at the same time. I also tried Grass Jelly drink. I didn't like the drink that much.

Overall our experience was amazing. I hope to return back and try other dishes on the menu.“

“First time visiting Biloxi from Houston and was looking for a good Vietnamese restaurant to eat at. Coming from Houston where we have a so many legit Vietnamese Restaurants to choose from it’s very hard to say a place is good but this Vietnamese restaurant was actually very good. Not only that but it was clean and the service was on point too. The waiter was very accommodating and food didn’t take long to come out.“

“My parents and I came here yesterday to try something different than BBQ, steak, potatoes, and other stereotypical American cuisine. We originally planned to go to one of two local Korean restaurants, but- due to both having pretty lackluster reviews and me being extremely discerning when it comes to authentic Korean cuisine after half a decade in the ROK- we settled on Vietnamese here so that we could all make an objective assessment about the food.

Everything we got was amazing. It was delicious, the portions were huge, the herbs (basil, cilantro, etc.) and the bean sprouts for my broth were all fresh, and the lady who waited on us deserves an award for how patient and understanding she was while we asked a million questions about the menu.

The coffee with condensed milk was possibly the most delicious non-black coffee drink I've ever had. Think the sweet goodness of a sugary specialty coffee with the roast of an actually fresh cup of coffee, unlike one you'd get at Starbucks with burnt beans.

I'm beyond amazed at the food, service, and cleanliness of the place (rated A). Will definitely make the hour drive back for food in the future.“

“VK Noodle House has the best & most flavorful FRESH Vietnamese Pho, Porridge, & Asian Meal Selections in the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Their Crispy Salt & Pepper Prawns, Tempura, Spring Rolls, & all of their drinks are so... good! I love the fresh Avocado, Coconut, & Strawberry Shakes. They are very refreshing. The Broken Rice Plate Selections are also very delectable like #72 Rice with Korean BBQ Rib, & #73 Rice with Pork Chop, & to think, I'm not a fan of Pork Chop, but I love their Pork Chops. The best thing about VK Noodle House is that they are willing to accommodate cooking any of their menu offerings WITHOUT CHILLI, which is awesome for those with CAPSAICIN Allergy. Going through each & every dish on their menu was such a gastronomic adventure. I'd highly recommend doing that until you have a list of your favorite selections.“
